Products - Gyro Compass - Simrad RGC50 Gyro Compass

The Simrad RGC50 Gyro Compass, is a compact, 24Vdc, true north seeking device. The unit is easy to install as well as operate. Where space is a concern the master compass and inverter unit can be installed seperately. A 24 hour pre-start timer permits you to program the gyro so it is ready to go when you are.

The RGC50 package includes a unique interface unit which provides an autopilot output in addition to NMEA heading information. This autopilot output illiminates the need to to sychronize the autopilot to the gyro each time it is powered up.
